At Square it's not only about the coffee, great coffee is just our standard.  It’s the welcoming, enthusiastic team of baristas and the well designed, aesthetically pleasing spaces that combine to create an environment to enjoy while browsing or admiring the art while your espresso shot is being prepared.

We are massive advocates of supporting sustainability, fairly traded and local produce, our ethically sourced coffee is roasted locally in Kilcullen by our friends at PS Coffee Roasters, which will always be Specialty Grade or above.  Each shot is weighed, timed and measured to a specific recipe to ensure a consistently great coffee every time.  We only work with local bakers and producers for our delicious accompaniments.
